About Us
Automation Plus+ Software is a full-service computer company consisting of computer consultants, programmers, and service techs that specialize in the development of Database Management Software for businesses.
Automation Plus+ provides the software needed for daycare management, check advance, and title loan businesses. We also develop software programs for businesses from the front-end to the back-end. Together, our team has over 50 years of computer experience. Our team consists of Luster B. Williams and Eric L. Williams.
PROGRAM SPECIALIST:
Luster B. Williams
Over 25 years experience in writing, designing software programs, and in analyzing businesses for computer technology. Certified Expert in Microsoft Office
Products Excel and Access along with other Databases. Expert in importing and exporting data from/to Peachtree and QuickBooks accounting
packages.
Luster B. Williams started working in the computer field in 1972 in the US Air Force as a computer tech, and he retired from the Air Force in 1993. Luster had a three-year break from the Air Force, 1980 to 1983, and worked for California Computer Products repairing computers, printers, and plotters. Luster worked as a special troubleshooter for NATO for three years while in the Air Force. In 1993, he started programming and developing many programs for businesses. In addition, Luster is an experienced computer repair technician and an accomplished computer networker for businesses. Luster has been in computers for over 37 years.
TRAINING SPECIALIST:
Eric L. Williams
Over 10 Years experience in training others to become computer literate. Experience in troubleshooting and solving technical software problems.
Eric L. Williams attended West Point Academy after High School and transitioned into the restaurant business as a manager for 5 year before opening his own business. In 1993, Luster started working with him on computers and he started working on Lotus spreadsheets and writing programs with Luster. During that time, he became very savvy at computer repair, programming, networking, and working with Excel spreadsheets. In working with the check advance and title loan companies utilizing Automation Plus+ accounting programs, he developed high-quality accounting skills, and can create programmable worksheets for imports into accounting programs.
